Join us for Spirit Forum May 3rd at 9 in the cathedral library. Parishioner Dr. Carl Tolbert will discuss his new book, “Demystifying AI for the Christian Leader: Wisdom, Accountability, and Stewardship in the Age of Intelligent Machines.” Artificial intelligence is everywhere, but Christian leaders face a challenge secular management books ignore: How do you engage AI faithfully? Carl will talk about what AI is and isn't, how it's being used, and how churches can adapt.

In January 2023, Calvary finished a 63-niche columbarium, which is a structure for the inurnment of cremains (human ashes). Bishop Folts determined the chapel should be named the Charlotte Augusta Memorial Chapel, or St. Augusta's for short. This is in honor of Charlotte Augusta Astor, for whom the original funds to build the cathedral were given. Inurnment is open to any Episcopalian in the Diocese of South Dakota.  If you are interested in learning more about our columbarium, contact Deb Husby at columbarium@calvarycathedral.net
